Booking notifications
Every online booking pings each staff member's phone instantly — name, time, service, add-ons, total. Uses the free ntfy app. One-time setup per phone, takes about a minute.
  1. On each staff phone, install ntfy from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app, tap the + in the corner, and choose Subscribe to topic.
  3. Type the exact channel name below (copy/paste recommended). Tap Subscribe.
  4. Allow notifications when prompted. Done — that phone now pings on every booking.
Pick something unguessable — anyone with this name can subscribe and read your bookings. Treat it like a password.
